We carried out an investigation for
a client who was surprised to discover that his overall company
performance was improved after our experts discovered a serious
bandwidth deficiency. Transactions via the internet and emails
were taking 46% longer than necessary, resulting in many
wasted hours every month.

A
graphic design customer found that unknown to her,
the network performance could be greatly improved. Her members
of design staff were wasting time waiting for colour draft
prints to materialise, blaming the printer for being slow,
when in fact we revealed that the problem lay within the
network.

A web
design company hadn’t noticed the gradual decrease
in the speed of their PCs and had unknowingly been working
at a slower pace until the De-Fence IT “MoT” revealed
that a number of hackers were invading their machines. Although
they thought there were adequate precautions in place, we
